Er komt weer een zomer event aan, de Lekker Weer NLNOG BBQ! Het leek ons leuk om deze keer in plaats van een formeel programma, gewoon met elkaar bij te praten onder het genot van een hapje en drankje. En natuurlijk lekker weer (hopen we!).
We hanteren het welbekende “pay what you want” model maar mocht je manager toch een bewijs nodig hebben dat je naar een ‘echt’ event geweest bent, of je wil gewoon iets bijdragen, selecteer dan een van de betaalde tickets.
Voor Lekker Weer NLNOG BBQ! zijn we te gast bij onze vrienden van BIT in Ede op 8 juli aanstaande.

We are happy to invite you for the ‘Lekker Weer NLNOG BBQ!’. This time, we thought it would be good to just catch up with some food and drinks, friendly NLNOG-ers and great weather (there, we jinxed it!).
We follow the “pay what you want” model. In case your manager doesn’t trust free events or you want to support NLNOG? No problem, just get one of the paid tickets.

NLNOG Day 2022 - Save the date! - September 30, 2022
As you might know we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of NLNOG this year and we are very much looking forward to creating an amazing day again.
The NLNOG Day 2022 will take place September 30, 2022 at Podium Mozaiek in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If you would like to speak at NLNOG Day 2022 or have ideas or recommendations for presentations feel free to send those to stichting(a)nlnog.net.

This is a call for Presentations for the European Peering Forum 2022.
AMS-IX, DE-CIX, LINX,NETNOD and guest IXP NAMEX, are happy to host the European Peering Forum (EPF) 2022 from the 12th - 14th September 2022 in Rome, Italy.
The event will welcome peering managers and coordinators from networks connected to the host and guest Internet exchanges.
Besides some interesting topical agenda, the three-day event accommodates room for attendees to virtually meet on a one-to-one basis to discuss bilateral peering business opportunities.
The programme committee will be looking for presentations and related to peering and technical topics of interconnection. Your presentation should address:
* Interconnection Automation
* Regional Peering
* Interconnection / Peering Internet Governance and Regulatory Topics
* Economic and Product Trends
* Peering / Interconnection strategies
* Interesting findings about Peering / Interconnection
* 400GE and beyond
* Any other hot topic related to Interconnection / Peering
Submissions

Presentations must be of a non-commercial nature. Product or marketing heavy talks are strongly discouraged.
Submissions of presentations should be made to the programme committee <epf-pc(a)peering-forum.eu<mailto:epf-pc@peering-forum.eu>>. Please include:
* Author's name and e-mail address
* Presentation title
* Abstract
* Slides (if available)
* Time requested (max. 30 minutes incl. Q&A)

Dear customers,
From Sunday September 11th till Wednesday September 14th 2022 the European Peering Forum (EPF) will take place in Rome, Italy.
This 15th edition of the forum has grown into an event that attracts over 300 people from both the European and global peering community.
The main focus of this forum is to provide the peering community with an environment that enables them to meet face to face and to successfully
establish new peers, as well as extending existing peering arrangements. The forum also provides an opportunity for sharing of information and
experiences, which are beneficial to the whole peering community. A meeting tool will be available to plan your meetings in advance. You will receive a separate email with all the details when your registration is approved.
The event is organized by your host IXP’s: AMS-IX, DE-CIX, LINX, NETNOD and guest IXP NAMEX.
Members and customers of the respective IX's are specifically invited to participate; other peering networks are also welcome on a case-by-case
basis. In the spirit of supporting the entire European peering community, other European Internet Exchanges are also invited to
participate (with a limitation of one attendee per IXP).

In response to feedback from operational security communities,
CAIDA's source address validation measurement project
(https://spoofer.caida.org) is automatically generating monthly
reports of ASes originating prefixes in BGP for systems from which
we received packets with a spoofed source address.
We are publishing these reports to network and security operations
lists in order to ensure this information reaches operational
contacts in these ASes.
This report summarises tests conducted within nld.
